I. Information We Collect

1. Information You Provide

We collect information you provide when creating an account, such as your name and email address, and any documents you choose to upload.

2. Information From Connected Accounts

When you connect a financial account through our integrations, we receive data such as balances and transactions from that provider so we can display it in the Service.

3. Automatically Collected Information

We collect standard usage data, such as log files and analytics, to understand how the Service is used and to keep it running reliably.

II. How We Use Your Information

4. Overview

Nino Finance ("Nino", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have over it.

5. Providing and Improving the Service

We use your data solely to provide and improve the Nino Service, for example, displaying your accounts, generating insights, and fixing issues you report.

6. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information, share information from your connected accounts with advertisers, or use your personal information to train AI models. Our public marketing pages do carry advertising and analytics tags that measure how visitors browse those pages; Section 9 lists them and explains what they can and cannot see.

III. How We Protect & Share Your Information

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest.

8. Service Providers

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, such as hosting, account-connection, and customer support providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

9. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, understand how the Service is used, and improve its reliability.

Our public marketing website also carries advertising and conversion-measurement tags from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), LinkedIn, X, and OpenAI, along with product analytics from PostHog. These tags tell us which pages and campaigns lead people to sign up. They run on our marketing pages only. They do not run inside the signed-in product, and they never receive information from your connected accounts, your balances, transactions, documents, or anything Nino generates about your finances.

You can limit these technologies through your browser's cookie settings or a tracking-blocker extension. Blocking them does not affect your use of the Service.

10. Business Transfers

If Nino Finance is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

11. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law or in response to valid legal process, such as a subpoena or court order.

IV. Your Rights & Choices

12. Access & Correction

You can review the information connected to your account within the Service at any time, and contact us to correct anything that's inaccurate.

13. Marketing Communications

You can opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. You'll still receive service-related communications, such as security notices and account updates.

14. Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will fulfill deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
