Frequently asked questions
Anyone with a Nino account. Your personal link is in the Nino app under Settings, on the Refer a friend tab.
Your friend has to start an Advisor plan: Essential, Plus or Premier. Software plans do not count toward a referral.
When they sign up. The $500 comes off the price of their first year on an Advisor plan.
Once your friend has been on their Advisor plan for 30 days, counted from their first payment. That is when the money-back guarantee ends. We pay you within 30 days after that, to the payout method you choose when you set up your referral account.
If they cancel and take the money-back refund, the referral does not pay out.
Each new household can be referred once, and you cannot refer your own household. You can refer as many friends as you like. Read the full referral terms.
