Default Forecast, rename plans, cleaner property add
Set a default forecast, rename plans and link mortgages through a shorter property flow. Continue drafting while Chat responds.

Now you can
- Mark a saved plan as the Forecast default
- Rename a plan from the events-pane title
- Life-event icons on the Forecast chart
- Existing / New / Manual mortgage picker
- Keep typing while Nino is responding
New
- Mark a saved plan as default so Forecast opens on that plan (Current projection stays off until you toggle it)
- Click a plan title in the events pane to rename it. Saved names stick without a new revision
- Forecast life events show template icons on the chart; the full name is in the hover tooltip
Updates
- Primary and vacation homes skip the unused income step when adding a property; investment properties still ask
- Linking a mortgage uses Existing / New / Manual instead of one stacked card
- Add-property valuation is a single editable Property value with a short provider credit
- Goals in All assumptions save on Done (no separate Apply to projection)
- Chart Reset is renamed Clear; extra Forecast helper copy is gone
- Onboarding findings can use observed savings APY and debt rates from connected accounts
- Blur and Mask numbers now cover charts, tables, tracks, and reports, and no longer briefly show unmasked figures while loading
Bug fixes
- You can keep drafting in chat while Nino is responding; Enter waits with a toast until the turn finishes
- Same-page filters and tabs no longer jump the workspace scroll to the top
- A finished track that is still drawing its plan view says so, instead of freezing on Preparing
