Forecast, sidebar signals, start a track from an insight

Updates
- Plan is renamed Forecast in the sidebar and top bar (old /plan links still work)
- The Tracks list in the sidebar shows the top 3, with the rest under Show more
- Preliminary analysis spending bars expand in place to the largest merchants in that category
- Onboarding completion walks Syncing → Drafting → Ready while your first analysis builds
- Documents onboarding encourages uploading more upfront, with multi-file and drag-and-drop polish
Bug fixes
- Spending analysis charts income against spending instead of net beside spending
- Social Security claim age and benefit stick when you save planning defaults
- Track rooms keep answered questions on the settled card and stay answerable when a question is re-asked
